The Sales Engineer is responsible for maintaining and expanding Gutor UPS market share within key industrial segments by developing and executing structured sales plans aimed at sustainable and profitable growth. This includes identifying new market opportunities, leveraging both established and innovative business models, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all stages—from marketing and sales to tendering, project execution, and after-sales support.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to develop Gutor business in UAE & support MEA Sales team.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical and commercial quotations for FEED, EPC stage bid to bid and Firm EPC bid to buy stages of targeted projects in his respective regions and close cooperation with other Gutor regions for ensuring ownership and coordinating efforts in international projects (with stakeholders- end users, multiple EPC located in different regions).
  • Meet with customers engineering and technical teams to communicate and promote Gutor value proposition within customers decision makers responsible for technical requirements and compliance, assets` total cost of ownership and sustainability aspects.
  • Maintain and grow share in GUTOR’s core business via establishing long-term relations with the targeted end users, partners and EPC in the countries included in the area.
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual orders target achievement in accordance with the annual orders target provided for the area.
  • Drive new business opportunities, comprehend the individual local markets, develop an appropriate strategy/business plan for their area.
  • Attentively follow market trend and key competition movements to anticipate and adjust sales tactics to increase Gutor market share and protect existing installed base and long-term partnership with customers.

Knowledge & Skills

Required:

  • Electrical engineering bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2-5 yrs of proven experience in sales in engineering sector.
  • Interested in sales and business growth.
  • New customer and Customer engagement.
  • Results-Oriented: demonstrates a strong commitment to achieving goals and delivering success in a competitive business environment.
  • Organization skills and time management.
  • Understanding on Business development activities.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal for interface with customers and co-workers
