Sales Engineer Opportunity
We're seeking a technically-minded Sales Engineer to drive business growth by understanding client needs and presenting tailored engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in UAE/GCC
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
Prepare proposals and cost estimates
Maintain CRM pipeline (Salesforce/HubSpot)
Provide pre-sales technical support
Achieve quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial)
Experience
Base salary + uncapped commission
Car allowance + fuel card
Health insurance + visa sponsorship
Annual performance bonus

- 3+ years technical sales experience
- Background in industrial products/equipment
- GCC market knowledge preferred Technical Skills:
- Understanding of mechanical/electrical systems
- Ability to read technical drawings
- CRM software proficiency Soft Skills:
- Excellent presentation abilities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluent English (Arabic advantageous)
