Job Brief:

A leading provider of heating, chilling, and solar energy solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to lead their sales efforts in the construction and building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling products such as chillers, boilers, and solar panels, with a proven track record in the regional market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for products including chillers, boilers, and solar panels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders to promote products and solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the MEP and HVAC market.
• Engage with contractors at the award stage to secure deals with optimal pricing and payment terms.
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and client interface to win new business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of technical documentation such as manuals and warranty letters.
• Share all project-specific requirements and specifications with the Service Team prior to testing and commissioning (T&C).
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors and key decision-makers in the industry.
• Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, specifically in the HVAC and MEP industry.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with MEP consultants and contractors.
• Strong marketing skills with the ability to get products specified in projects.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
