Job Brief:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our client's Fire Protection Division in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales within the fire protection and life safety industry in Abu Dhabi. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting fire protection solutions, and building strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fire protection sector through market research, networking, and client referrals.
  • Promote and sell fire protection systems, equipment, and services, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and sales pitches to prospective clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and sales agreements in alignment with company standards.
  • Stay updated on Civil Defense regulations, fire safety codes, and emerging technologies in fire protection.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the region with a minimum of 2 years in Abu Dhabi, within the fire protection and life safety industry.
  • Strong understanding of fire detection, suppression, and protection systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Driving license is required.
