With this in mind, we are currently inviting applications for a Sales Engineer – Oil & Gas within our Energy & Industry Segment. The role focuses on developing sales, driving specifications and fostering long term relationships with local and international key accounts, and projects.

What does the role involve?
In this role you will create sustainable business relationships with decision-makers and present the Hilti value proposition and differentiation to secure business.
You will steer the sales and business development activities, defining and driving the actions which will lead to the development of market share in the Oil & Gas area. Strategically developing accounts and ensuring penetration in key projects while managing the complex stakeholder map and needed project management activities to secure desired Share of wallet will be crucial for the success on the role.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); Arabic is a plus
- At least 3 years’ experience within construction industry in Oil & Gas / Power/ Energy divisions.
- Experience working in sales is an advantage
- Proven relationship management with internal and external customers and ability to deal with complex stakeholder maps
- A target and solution-oriented mind-set with proven ability to manage complex project management environment
- The ability and willingness to travel across the UAE on daily basis, and occasionally stay overnight in Oil and Gas remote locations as needed
- Valid UAE Driver’s License
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai
