Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base in the steel industry. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the market. The Sales Executive will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including targeting construction companies, contractors, and distributors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, prepare and deliver proposals, and close sales deals.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support to enhance the customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the steel industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the steel market and construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Expertise in selling steel rebars, including high-strength and corrosion-resistant varieties.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Expanded the company’s market presence by identifying and penetrating new market segments, including emerging construction projects and government contracts.
