Job Brief:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales within the joinery and fit-out industry, with strong connections to developers, contractors, consultants, and interior designers. This role requires a motivated professional who can identify new business opportunities, close deals, and contribute to revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the joinery and fit-out sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and interior designers.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with the project and production teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience within the joinery, interior fit-out, or related industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Established network and connections with developers, contractors, and consultants.
• Experience in collaborating with interior designers to develop business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Driving license (preferred).
