Job Description
As a Sales Executive at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, part of the All-Inclusive Collection, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities and strengthening client relationships to drive revenue growth for the hotel. You will support the sales team in achieving targets through proactive sales efforts, exceptional client service, and a deep understanding of the SO/ brand’s bold, playful, and stylish identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across leisure, corporate, and group segments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, property tours, and client meetings to showcase the hotel’s offerings.
- Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and follow-up communications to secure bookings.
- Support in the planning and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and brand messaging.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and reports in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Operations, Reservations, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent the hotel professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Uphold SO/ brand standards in all client interactions, presentations, and communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury or lifestyle hotels.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance and alignment with SO/ brand personality – bold, confident, and stylish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM/sales systems.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, attend events, and travel when required.
