Positioned in the main store, the candidate will oversee Sales and High-End Business Development in the Middle East, including sales, client development, and optimizing business potential with a commercial focus on premium jewellery and high-value timepieces.
The Brand Ambassador will be expected to personally contribute to the sales objectives of High-End Businesses via their own client portfolio and networking.
The primary goal of this function is to work with the team to achieve the targets, but also to expand High-End Business sales within the retail sales teams. The High-End Ambassador is expected to actively contribute to the sales objectives of High-End Businesses through their own customer portfolio and relationships.

Client Relationship Development and Profile Management:
- Assist in developing and implementing high-end client action plans to meet business objectives.
- Retain VIP clients by providing a great client experience.
- Reactivate inactive customers.
- Identify and improve new potential clientele.
- Identify further recruitment opportunities and assist retail teams in searching for new High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI).
- Identify existing collectors, VIPs, and royal family members, then recommend action plans for future development.
- Establish third-party partnerships and network at HNWI events such as auctions, business aviation, art fairs, and watch exhibitions.
- Improve the showroom experience, gather feedback, and introduce new products and services.
- Prepare agendas, specific plans, and other customized elements for local and international events, assuring client satisfaction and financial success.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver product presentations and submissions to clients.
- Assist with client appointments and function as a sales consultant to discover customer needs, expand product choices, close sales, and follow up on presentations. Provide regular feedback to the management on showroom needs, wants, initiatives, stock alerts, or specific requests.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience either in Luxury, Art, Hospitality, Jewelry, or fashion-related industries.
- Must be able to run the showroom independently using initiatives as required/discussed.
- Must be fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Eye for detail and hunger to learn and grow.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good PR in the local and GCC market.
- Outgoing and approachable who has experience in dealing with all levels of customers (From Walk- in, Trade, and VIP's)
- Preferably between the ages of 25 to 40 years.
- UAE residents will be preferred.
Additional Skills
- IT side: Managing online platforms, analytics, and automation tools.
- Photoshop side: Creating ad creatives, social media posts, and promotional visuals.
- Useful tools: Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Google Analytics.
