About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Commercial team, specializing in Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, and IT Accessories. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales, acquiring and managing clients, and contributing to Tradeling’s continued growth in the B2B tech space.

This is a field-focused role, based primarily out of our Dubai Airport Free Zone office, where you'll engage with prospective and existing clients, drive app downloads, and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Onboard new buyers and support their end-to-end experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Resolve client issues in a timely, efficient manner.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Track and report on sales performance regularly.
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in outdoor B2B sales within the IT products sector.
• Strong understanding of the UAE retail and commercial tech market.
• Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi IT market is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Existing client network within UAE free zones and a solid export customer base preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
