Your Role
Based at our Dubai Airport Free Zone office, you’ll spend most of your time in the field, directly engaging with partners and customers. Reporting to the Category Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Generating Sales Leads: Identify and approach potential buyers.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales performance and pipeline updates.
- Customer Engagement: Log interactions, feedback, and resolve complaints.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with logistics and operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- 3+ years of outdoor B2B sales experience, ideally in FMCG, home appliances, or cleaning supplies.
- Solid understanding of the UAE retail and freezone markets.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to position products effectively against competitors.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
