Job Summary
The Sales Executive (Operations) will be responsible for managing sales coordination, order processing, and operational support for transformer insulation materials. This role bridges the gap between customers, production, and logistics to ensure smooth order execution and high customer satisfaction.
Salary : AED 2000 - 2250
Experience : 0 - 3 years
Location : Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for order execution
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and customer documentation
- Support field sales team with operational and coordination activities
- Follow up with customers on payments, deliveries, and feedback
- Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and dispatch coordination
- Resolve customer order-related issues in coordination with internal teams
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in sales coordination or operations
- Good knowledge of order processing, billing, and documentation
- Strong communication and customer coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sales environment preferred
