Role Overview

As a Sales Executive – Motorcycle, ATVs, UTVs & Rental, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of new and pre-owned motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs, as well as managing our motorcycle rental business. As part of our team in Specialized Sports Equipment Abu Dhabi, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, engaging with customers daily and ensuring a seamless purchasing and rental experience. You will report directly to the Showroom Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for brand new and used motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support
  • Organize and manage motorcycle rental operations, including documentation and customer onboarding
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to maximize vehicle visibility and leads
  • Administer sales documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Arrange and supervise customer test rides while adhering to safety protocols
  • Stay updated on product features and current market trends
  • Work closely with the sales team and Showroom Manager to ensure optimal business growth

Requirements for the Role

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry
  • Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and related market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and close deals effectively
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and relevant business tools
  • Valid motorcycle license is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are an advantage
  • Team player with utmost respect for colleagues and clients
  • Strict adherence to attendance, company policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrable passion and commitment for sales
