About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join the Spa Team at Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Initiate innovative selling strategies to increase product promotions and visibility.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products to address guest inquiries promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction before they leave the desk.
• Ensure all products are appropriately labeled and priced for clarity and present retail products in an appealing and clean manner to enhance their attractiveness.
• Proactively engage in ongoing education about the company, reports, product knowledge, spa services menu, and therapist job functions.
• Conduct monthly retail training sessions and provide training to the Spa team on the product of the day.
• Establish, track and regularly review retail selling targets.
• Share monthly retail information with Marketing for inclusion in magazines or social media promotions.
• Source new potential retail products to enhance the store's offerings.
• Ensure testers are replenished and within their expiration dates.
• Establish weekly inventory counts and ensure accuracy through sign-off procedures.
• Procure new products for sampling and potential inclusion in the retail lineup.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and a second language (Russian, Spanish, German, Arabic or French) would be an added advantage
• At least 1 year of experience as a retail executive, preferably in the spa and wellness industry.
