Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of web and mobile app development, and a passion for building strong client relationships. This person will be responsible for managing client requests, supporting project delivery teams, and acting as a bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day client communication and support requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

  • Understand client needs and relay them clearly to the technical and project teams.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

  • Support the Sales Manager in lead generation, initial outreach, and basic proposal preparation.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, pitch decks, and service documentation.

  • Stay informed about company services, especially in web and mobile application development.

  • Attend meetings (in-person/virtual) with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up on open opportunities and client issues.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business,IT.

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or relationship management.

  • Basic understanding of web and mobile app development processes and terminology.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver consistent, high-quality service.

  • Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and able to translate technical language for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters in Software Engineering with experience in the IT services or software development industry is a plus.

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.

  • Arabic language proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.
