What You Will Do
- Represent and uphold the Four Seasons brand promise in all client and industry engagements.
- Promote the hotel’s luxury offerings to FIT leisure segments including tour operators, OTAs, wholesalers, and concierge services.
- Proactively identify and secure new FIT leisure business opportunities across key international and domestic markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key travel advisors, agencies, and industry partners.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and entertainment activities to drive engagement and loyalty.
- Attend global and regional trade shows, sales missions, and industry events to increase brand visibility and market reach.
- Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
- Create and execute tailored sales strategies to maximize transient leisure revenue and optimize RevPAR.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing to align promotional offers and rate strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in CRM systems to support targeted sales efforts.
- Prepare and deliver timely reports, forecasts, and sales performance analysis.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination across hotel departments to support client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in managing client relationships and closing business deals
- A highly motivated individual and great team player
- Luxury hotel Sales preferred (minimum of 3 years) or 3 – 5 or operational hotel experience
- Experience with FIT Leisure and Corporate Segment
- An excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Strong planning and organizing skill
- Proven record of sales achievements
- Experience with cluster / multi-properties is an advantage
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
