OMNIYAT, Dubai’s most visionary real estate developer, is seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to represent its portfolio of ultra-luxury residences and revered commercial spaces. The ideal candidate understands refined living and can build meaningful relationships with a discerning clientele.
As part of our elite sales force, you will engage with a clientele composed of high-net-worth individuals and global investors, managing multi-million-dirham transactions with precision and discretion while ensuring every interaction reflects OMNIYAT’s values of excellence. Collaboration across teams will be key to your success, supported by a refined ability to communicate with clarity and assurance.
Your Role
- Lead the full sales cycle for OMNIYAT’s flagship developments, from presentation to closure.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our uncompromising standards.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with investors, partners, and luxury brokers.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Development, and Operations teams to align strategy and execution.
- Analyse market dynamics to identify opportunities and craft bespoke sales strategies for each project.
- Proven track record in high-value real estate sales, preferably within Dubai’s luxury segment.
- Sophisticated communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with HNWIs.
- Deep understanding of the ultra-prime real estate market and investor expectations.
- A polished, articulate, and confident professional who thrives in exclusive circles.
