We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager HORECA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the HORECA industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the HORECA sector
• Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality, food service, and catering industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
• Manage the sales team and provide guidance and training to achieve sales targets
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional activities
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients and handle any customer complaints or issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HORECA industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
