We are looking for an off-plan expert with proven leadership and deep knowledge of the local market.

The Main Event: What you'll do

• Lead, motivate, and train a high-performing sales team.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and development of new joiners.
• Oversee the full sales cycle: strategy, lead management, and conversions.
• Monitor market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
• Support agents in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and roadshows.
• Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
  
  

The Perfect Match: What you bring

• 5+ years of real estate experience, with proven success in off-plan sales.
• Background in a brokerage firm is essential.
• 2–3 years in a sales leadership role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Real Estate, Business, or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s premium real estate market.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident decision-maker with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
