We are looking for an off-plan expert with proven leadership and deep knowledge of the local market.
The Main Event: What you'll do
- Lead, motivate, and train a high-performing sales team.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and development of new joiners.
- Oversee the full sales cycle: strategy, lead management, and conversions.
- Monitor market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
- Support agents in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and roadshows.
- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
- 5+ years of real estate experience, with proven success in off-plan sales.
- Background in a brokerage firm is essential.
- 2–3 years in a sales leadership role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Real Estate, Business, or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s premium real estate market.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident decision-maker with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
