We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales operations in Tunisia and Algeria. Based in Tunisia, the candidate will play a critical role in managing and developing distributor relationships, ensuring market growth, and driving revenue. This is a dynamic position for a motivated individual with a strong understanding of the sales process, market dynamics, and distributor management.

Key Responsibilities:

Distributor Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors in Tunisia and Algeria.
  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide regular training, support, and performance feedback to distributors.


Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to local market conditions.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in Tunisia and Algeria.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.


Market Development:

  • Drive the expansion of product presence in the assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights for business planning and forecasting.


Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to regional leadership.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage budgets effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

  • 5-8 years in sales, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or distribution-focused roles.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


Languages:

  • Fluency in French and Arabic is essential; English proficiency is a plus.


Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage distributors and drive results.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the sales landscape in Tunisia and Algeria.
