Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Reports To: Management

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join ACTS in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities and promoting ACTS services, including inspection services, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), quality control, and concrete technology consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Develop and establish relationships with new clients in the Abu Dhabi construction market.
• Service Promotion: Present ACTS services to potential clients through meetings and marketing activities.
• Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with management to ensure client needs are fully met.
• Reporting: Regularly update management on sales plans, activities, and forecasts.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or at least 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience in the Middle East, preferably in construction, engineering, or inspection services.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of key accounts, marketing strategies, and business development.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• License: Valid UAE driving license.
• Sales & Communication: Proven sales abilities, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
• Interpersonal & Organizational Skills: Strong relationship-building, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
