Sales Performance Analyst

Help AG is looking for a talented Sales Performance Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing the sales pipeline, providing in-depth insights into its health, velocity, and conversion rates. We're looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Sales Performance Analyst to join our growing team and play a vital role in optimizing our sales engine.

Responsibilities:

• Data Detective: Leverage your analytical skills to dissect CRM data in Microsoft Dynamics, uncovering trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales performance.
• Pipeline Pilot: Analyze the sales pipeline, providing in-depth insights into its health, velocity, and conversion rates. Partner with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to ensure data accuracy and forecast future performance with confidence.
• Insights Influencer: Craft insightful reports that track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), measure sales effectiveness, and provide actionable data-driven insights to guide decision making for sales leadership.
• Collaboration Catalyst: Work closely with BDMs, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Product & Vendor Management and Marketing to translate data into actionable steps, driving efficiency and maximizing sales potential.
• Process Optimizer: Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes, recommending data-driven improvements based on industry best practices.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a sales performance analyst or similar role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Solid understanding of basic sales processes for cyber security solutions and services.
• Exceptional data analysis and visualization skills, utilizing tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in the cyber security industry.
• Familiarity with sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, SNAP).
• Experience with automation tools like Zapier or Integromat.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, effectively communicating insights to diverse audiences.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with different teams.
• Passion for cyber security and understanding of the industry landscape.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Persistence and hardworking.
