The Role

To support our growth, we are hiring an experienced Sales Recruiter specialized in senior real estate agents. Requirements
What We’re Looking For • Proven background in sales recruitment (real estate preferred) • Strong understanding of commission-based brokerages • Experience hiring senior / producing agents • Confident communicator with closing skills • Fast, structured, KPI-driven mindset • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus) • Based in Dubai or open to relocation
