Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through various channels (e.g., calling, emailing, networking, referrals).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings.
- Proven experience as a sales representative.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
