Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Sales Representative to lead our commercial development in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) sector across the UAE. This role is ideal for a young professional with strong sales experience in the foodservice industry and a passion for high-quality, locally produced ingredients.

Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Sales Representative to lead our commercial development in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) sector across the UAE. This role is ideal for a young professional with strong sales experience in the foodservice industry and a passion for high-quality, locally produced ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a portfolio of HoReCa clients, including fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, and premium catering companies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, and procurement officers.
- Promote our range of vertically farmed products, emphasizing freshness, sustainability, and local sourcing.
- Conduct tastings, presentations, and on-site visits to showcase product value.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, negotiation, order follow-up, and after-sales service.
- Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to the development of new products.
- Collaborate with the farm operations team to align supply with customer demand and ensure timely deliveries.
- 2+ years of sales experience in the HoReCa or premium food & beverage sector in the UAE.
- Strong network and understanding of the UAE’s high-end foodservice landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainability and food innovation.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
