Job Brief:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support professional to join a leading manufacturing company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in assisting the sales team with administrative, logistical, and client-facing tasks to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, sales reports, and order confirmations.
• Coordinate with internal departments (such as logistics, finance, and production) to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support in organizing sales meetings, preparing presentation materials, and documenting minutes.
• Track sales targets and performance metrics and report results to sales management.
• Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy in documentation and system entries.
• Liaise with the finance team for billing and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare reports related to inventory, client feedback, and order status.
• Assist in coordinating exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events when required.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, admin, or coordination role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ERP or CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and solution-driven.
