Job Responsibilities:

Within sales support, you will be in charge of managing and pricing offers and submissions for professional kitchen projects from A to Z. In this context, your responsibilities will be the following:

• Creation of commercial offers and costing in close collaboration with our team of sales.
• Contact suppliers for price requests and technical data sheets.
• Updating the company’s article database.
• Monitoring of submission projects to be published on dedicated platforms.
• Establishment of order confirmations in the event of an award.
• Monitoring of devices and business purchases.
• Control of plans and transmission of information for manufacturing.
• Organization of on-site delivery in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Organization of commissioning and establishment of the revision book.
• Participation in project kick-off sessions.
• Monitoring customer deposits and the final invoice in collaboration with Customer Administration.

Job Requirements:

• CFC for commercial employees or training deemed equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French languages are mandatory. Fluency in German language is a plus.
• Mastery of common IT tools and knowledge of an ERP, Microsoft Dynamics Nav is an asset.
• Comfortable with numbers and reading plans. Interest in the technical field.
• Confirmed experience in the field of construction (engineering office, office architect, etc.).
• Ability to manage priorities and work urgently.
• Strong sense of organization, rigor, and precision.
• Excellent communication skills.
