Role Overview:
- Taking care of the existing fixed income clients and counterparties to generate business on a day to day basis.
- Create and build relationships with regional Institutional clients, onboard them to our platform, secure appropriate trading volume and provide proper tools to keep trading accounts active.
- Ability to understand trading platform and customize its functions to cater for Institutional and Retail clients.
- Ability to understand clients, provide support and follow up on complaints.
- Ability to highlight trading opportunities and risks.
- Respond quickly and accurately to enquiries & troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external counterparts.
