We are seeking an experienced **Business Analyst** with a strong background in Salesforce to join our dynamic team for a **3-month contract** based in **Dubai**. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify and define **project requirements, scope, and objectives** in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Create and manage **technical and project documentation**, ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate project schedules, manage risks, and maintain **plans** with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in **team and stakeholder meetings**, recording minutes and following up on important actions.
• Prepare necessary **presentation materials** for meetings and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date.
• Provide administrative support and undertake project tasks as required.
  
  
  

### **Requirements:**

• Proven **5-7 years** of experience as a **Business Analyst**, **Project Coordinator**, or a similar role.
• Experience in **business analysis and project coordination** from conception to delivery.
• Ability to create and interpret **flowcharts**, schedules, and **step-by-step action plans**.
• Strong **organizational skills** with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent **client-facing** and **teamwork skills**.
• Proficiency in **Microsoft Project**, **Microsoft Planner**, and other Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior knowledge of **Salesforce** is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration** or a related field.
• Strong **verbal, written, and presentation skills**.
