SAP PP Consultant Dubai

Our client is seeking an SAP PP Consultant - 200 USD per day

• Start: December 2025
• Location: On site 5 days per week in Dubai
• Full time
• Food industry
• Language: English speaker (Arabic or Portuguese is a plus)

• Duration: 4 months contract (possible to extend). Purely a contract position commencing the 8th December until the 30th March.
• Rate: 200 USD per day

Technical Expertise

SAP ECC and S/4HANA
Proven experience in both platforms, with hands-on knowledge of migration, integration, and coexistence strategies.

• PP (Production Planning) (Desirable / Plus Skill) - Experience with:
• BOM (Bill of Materials) setup
• Production orders and execution
• Shop floor control and production records

Industry Experience

Food Industry Background

• Prior involvement in food manufacturing or processing environments
• Understanding of regulatory and traceability requirements specific to food production
• Experience with hygiene, shelf-life, and batch management in SAP

Process & Implementation Skills

End-to-End Flow Management

• Ability to design, document, and implement full supply chain flows from procurement to sales
• Experience in cross-functional coordination between logistics, production, quality, and finance teams

Factory Systems Integration

• Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and interfaces with SAP
• Knowledge of automation and digitalization in factory environments

Soft Skills

Communication Excellence

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with users, stakeholders, and IT teams
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language

Proactivity

• Initiative to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive discussions with users and cross-functional teams

Time Management

• Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing activities across multiple streams
• Experience managing timelines and deliverables in fast-paced environments

Additional Desirable Skills

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and custom enhancements
• Understanding of data migration and cutover planning
• Exposure to international operations, especially in logistics between 3PL warehouses and factories
