About The Role
The Learning Senior Consultant/ Manager plays a critical role in aligning learning strategies with business goals across consulting service lines. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the LBP drives capability development, performance improvement, and talent growth by identifying skill gaps, shaping learning interventions, and ensuring a high-impact learning experience that meets evolving client demands for their specific unit/ portfolio.

About The Role

During Your Tenure As a Learning & Development Business Partner, You Will Demonstrate And Develop Your Capabilities In The Following Areas
- 1. Strategic Learning Partnership
- Act as the primary liaison between L&D and assigned business units
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategy, talent priorities, and capability needs
- Translate business objectives into learning plans that drive measurable outcomes.
- Learning Needs Analysis
- Conduct skills gap assessments and workforce capability diagnostics as needed and in alignment with the firm wide efforts
- Leverage performance data, feedback, and workforce trends to shape learning agendas
- Learning Design & Delivery
- Co-design or customize learning programs (technical) in collaboration with internal SMEs and external providers (emphasis on technical certifications)
- Source right external vendors especially for technical certifications as needed
- Curate grade specific journeys / pathways based on business requirements and job expectations leveraging the LMS and user experience platforms available
- Ensure content relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with the firm’s values and consulting standards
- Partner with facilitators to ensure delivery excellence and participant engagement
- Data-Driven Impact & Evaluation
- Track and report on program participation, feedback, knowledge transfer, and business impact
- Adjust learning interventions based on KPIs, business feedback, and ROI analysis
- Handling the administrative duties associated with the training program, like scheduling, budgeting, and enrolling employees as needed
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Build strong relationships with partners & directors
- Communicate learning plans, and progress clearly and persuasively
- Generate newsletter and campaigns to promote continuous learning
- Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact.
- Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent.
- Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track.
- Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business.
- Technical background or degree in technology (AI & Data, cyber or engineering)
- Experience in training and instructional design, curriculum development is a plus
- Experience in facilitation is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- 6+ years of experience in a similar role or the technical industry
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
- Ability to manage a demanding workload effectively and to be responsive
- Experience of dealing with multiple senior stakeholders
