Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager with 6-10 years of experience to lead and manage projects in the Cards Portfolio, Digital Banking, and Mobile/Internet Banking domains. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project management methodologies and a strong understanding of digital banking channels such as SMS, CCM, Website, ATM/CDM, Mobile App, and Internet Banking.

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager with 6-10 years of experience to lead and manage projects in the Cards Portfolio, Digital Banking, and Mobile/Internet Banking domains. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project management methodologies and a strong understanding of digital banking channels such as SMS, CCM, Website, ATM/CDM, Mobile App, and Internet Banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital banking and cards portfolio projects, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, risk assessments, and change controls.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, status reports, and executive presentations.
- Ensure alignment with digital banking strategy, customer experience goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation initiatives across all delivery channels.
- 6 to 10 years of proven project management experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong domain expertise in Cards Portfolio and Digital Banking (SMS, CCM, Website, ATM/CDM).
- Experience managing projects related to Mobile Applications and Internet Banking platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
