  • Greet visitors, students, parents, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Manage the flow of visitors and ensure sign-in procedures are followed.
  • Respond to inquiries from parents, students, and staff via phone, email, or in person.
  • Assist with student attendance tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain student records and update information in the school database.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for school administrators.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and data entry.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Collaborate with other school staff to support the overall operation of the school.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic office equipment.
