What You Will Do

• Agile Expertise: Deeply understand and effectively apply Agile methodologies and values.
• Training & Coaching: Guide stakeholders and development teams on Agile/SAFe best practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Leadership: Take ownership of day-to-day delivery challenges, leveraging expertise to drive timely resolutions.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate transparent communication with stakeholders, managing expectations.
• Impediment Removal: Shield the team from disruptions, ensuring focus and efficiency.

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in Scrum Master or Delivery leadership roles.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Exceptional team player and adept at fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in understanding technical complexities at a high level.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) processes and methodologies is a significant advantage for this role.
