Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Secretary with a background in the chemical trading or shipping lines to provide high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain confidential records and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assist in document processing, including contracts, shipping orders, and invoices.
• Ensure efficient office operations and file management.
• Maintain databases and track important deadlines.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a secretary in chemical trading or shipping lines.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong typing speed.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Only candidates available for immediate joining in the UAE will be considered.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of industry-specific terminology (chemicals/shipping lines).
• Experience with ERP systems or document management software.
