Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to our in-house legal team. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day legal administration within a dynamic, fast-paced global real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for legal team members
Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
Maintain and organize legal files and databases (both electronic and physical)
Track and manage document execution, notarization, and filing processes
Support contract administration, including document version control and tracking
Liaise with internal departments and external counsel on routine administrative matters
Handle billing, expense reporting, and invoice processing for the legal team
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Administrative Assistant
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Prior experience supporting legal teams in a corporate or real estate setting is a plus
