Your Opportunity

We are looking for Security Guards to join our Talent Pool for potential opportunities with Serco across various contracts in the UAE. 

Key Accountabilities

Entry Point Security Guard Duties

• Verify identification, track personnel compliance, and monitor access points.
• Ensure visitor induction requirements are met and manage visitor passes
• Act as a deterrent to unauthorized activities and report suspicious behavior
  
  

Security Patrol Guard Duties

• Conduct periodic patrols to detect signs of intrusion or security breaches.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Check perimeter fencing and secure buildings per client protocols
• Respect and support client-specific culture, values, and traditions
  
  

Specific Requirements

• Active Australian Baseline security clearance or higher issued by AGSVA, or eligibility for sponsorship.
• Fluent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Valid Certificate II in Security Operations and applicable security license from an Australian State/Territory
• Ability to follow instructions, respond effectively in emergencies, and manage multiple tasks

• Security Officer (Unarmed
• Security Officer (Monitoring), if listed on the license
