Security Team Lead

We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.

We are looking for a talented Security Team Lead to join our team, in order to improve compliance with physical security regulations and supervising the physical security team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure compliance with security policies and external regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for security-related issues and incidents.
• Develop, implement, and update security protocols to address emerging risks.
• Oversee technical security projects, including system installations and upgrades.
• Work with internal teams to identify and mitigate technical vulnerabilities.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements.
• Manage and support a team of 3–9 physical security personnel across location.
• Coordinate team schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, vigilance, and collaboration within the team.
  
  

Essential professional experience:

• Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian or English
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Proven experience in security management or a related leadership role.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of physical and technical security systems and best practices.
