We are looking for a results-driven SEM & Digital Growth Specialist to manage paid search campaigns and drive measurable growth across digital channels. This role combines strategic SEM management with performance marketing analytics to maximize ROI and scale marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and experienced in paid search and growth-focused marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create high-performing ad copy and landing pages.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign pacing for optimal performance.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization experiments for ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms, platform updates, and digital marketing trends.
  • Assist in reporting and presenting campaign results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in SEM, PPC, or digital growth marketing.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and SEM tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube Ads).
  • Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS.
