Responsibilities


  • Developing and executing strategic media relations campaigns to promote clients and their messaging.
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key media contacts to secure press coverage.
  • Writing and editing press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials.
  • Monitoring media coverage and providing analysis and reporting to clients.
  • Pitching story ideas and spokespersons to journalists and reporters.
  • Coordinating media interviews, press conferences, and other media events.
  • Providing strategic counsel to clients on media relations and communication strategies.
  • Managing and overseeing media monitoring tools and services.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing and PR, to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in media relations, PR, or relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of securing media coverage and building relationships with journalists.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
