As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and amplifying revenue growth within the Sales organization. Acting as a bridge between leadership, account management, and cross-functional teams, you will implement scalable programs, improve execution, and drive the go-to-market strategy for new products and features. You will also identify skill development opportunities, coordinate complex projects, and ensure teams are resourced effectively to maximize impact. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, execution excellence, and strategic collaboration to elevate overall business performance.

What you’ll do:
- Work closely with leadership, providing analysis and recommending tactical short-term and long-term goals to amplify revenue and enhance efficiency for Sales organization
- Collaborate and partner with Account Management leadership and Sales leadership to ensure accounts and teams are resourced to maximize positive impact to the business
- Drive Sales GTM and execution of new products/features
- Implement scalable programs and best practices across diverse teams to enhance and improve execution
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Ad Support, Analytics, Marketing Science, Creative Strategy) to identify opportunities for training and defining/improving workstream
- Identify areas of skill development for AM/Sales Orgs; partner as appropriate in training efforts
- Coordinate and operationalize complex projects
- 5+ years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic
- Expert understanding of advertising performance metrics
- Advanced Excel skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
- Incredibly data driven, with deep understanding of advertising performance metrics
- Deep understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)
- Pre-existing relationships with senior-level client decision-makers and brand marketers
- Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
- Impressive track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews
- Ability to lead multiple projects with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and adaptable to changes
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- A passion for Snapchat as a user and solid knowledge of our ad products
