- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the MENA region.
- Understand clients’ business goals and needs to develop tailored account strategies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services.
- Actively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to inform account strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance and revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the MENA region.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
