Senior Accounts Executive

Job Description 

• Preparing sales invoices and reconciliations in a SaaS setup
• Passing all the vouchers and entries in the system 
• Preparing daily payment gateway reconciliations and posting entries wherever required
• Posting all the payments and receipts in the system
• Liaising with all the departments to obtain supportings for all the expenses
• Preparing details for yearly audits
• Assisting in monthly and yearly closure of books of accounts
• Maintaining other such workings and trackers required in day-to-day accounting
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned on time-to-time basis

Experience level: Junior  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fresher Chartered Accountants / ACCA are preferred for this role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role
• Candidates with experience working in Tech companies would be preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software Xero is advantage
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
