At Emirates Group we connect the world through our global hub in Dubai ensuring our customers always Fly Better As one of the most recognised and admired brands globally were driven by innovation and excellence Join us as an Senior Admin Accounts Assistant and make a difference by delivering toptier medical services that support our employees health and wellbeing Experience a fastpaced multicultural environment where your medical expertise will directly impact the success of our operations and contribute to our shared success on a global stage The job holder will be responsible for processing and admin work at Medical ServicesAdministration in one of the following designated functional areas Employee Claims Reimbursement External Medical Service Provider Payments Eligibility Population Management and General Administration Duties Pre employment medicals Referrals and pre approvals SVP Medical Services Officer In this role you will Process all medical claims received from employees and eligible dependants which involve verification on policy rules data input preparation of files for payment in accordance with set procedures and deadlines Process all invoices received from external medical service providers This involves verification on policy rules review of costs accounting rules accurate calculation of discount and processing payments in accordance with set procedures contracts and deadlines Timely audit and maintenance of accounts and hospital balances in accordance with the company policies and procedures of auditing Reconciliation of external medical service providers statement of accounts on a monthly basis and assist in cheque preparation Administration and formulation of database of eligible employees and dependants Ensure that appropriate reallocation of outstation payment vouchers to respective expense codes based on employees and eligible dependants as per set procedures and deadlines Verify that all the costs mentioned in Points 1 2 3 and 4 are appropriately assigned to relevant cost centres and appropriate entries are made to the relevant Journal and Ledger Provide assistance to Claims OfficerMedical Services Liaison OfficerSVP MS Office on pre employment medical processing external referralspre approvals employee claims reimbursement external medical service provider payments and admin work at SVP MS Office Identify design and review systems processes enhancements and modifications and possible areas of cost management for Medical Benefits Administration Provide assistance to Accounts OfficerMedical Services Medical Costs Manager in preparing reports and estimates This would involve checking collating classifying compiling and verifying data Responsible for all aspects of customer service for both internal and external customers And ensuring everyone is given a clear professional and accurate response Guide and advice staff on proper claims process and details on medical policy Maintain filing system of all claims invoices and other related documents in order to be made for retrieval
Qualification
To be considered for this role you must meet the below requirements 3 years Finance Insurance experience 12 Years schooling or equivalent Proficiency in the MS Office Suite or Software ExcelWordPower Point Proficiency in written and spoken English Experience in any or some of the following areas Accounting Medical claims processing Nursing Pharmacy
