Provide support to the team members within the LCU with legal tasks and documentation, as well as
coordinating with internal stakeholders to support the provision of legal services.

What Will You Do
Provide support to the team members within the LCU with legal tasks and documentation, as well as
coordinating with internal stakeholders to support the provision of legal services.
- Working alongside senior legal team members to assist project and investment deal teams with
- Assisting in the drafting of standard legal and negotiation documents.
- Assisting in the preparation, negotiation and execution of standard form precedents.
- Conducting basic research on legal precedents as directed.
- Participating in the continuous development of standard templates and formats for legal
- Supporting the delivery of training to corporate and business functions in relation to standard
What Will You Bring
To succeed within this role, you will be bring a strong mix of practical experience, technical
skills and business skills, including the following:
- A bachelor degree holder in law from an internationally reputable university with a GPA (or
- Strong passion for Law, Research and Legal Practice.
- Strong work ethic, understands that you will need to work hard to progress
- Learning attitude, constantly seeks to learn and develop knowledge and experience
- Team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
