Job Description

We are looking for Senior Administrator to be based in Abu Dhabi. The perfect candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, a quick learner, highly organized and able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision. Familiarity working in a dynamic and demanding environment is necessary. Furthermore, excellent communication, coordination skills and ability to deal confidentially with information are important. Arabic speaking is a must.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent follow-up and coordination across teams and tasks.
  • Skilled in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with attention to detail.
  • Fast learning with understanding how to use internal templates and systems.
  • Represent Turner & Townsend professionally at all times.
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude and calm under pressure.
  • Punctual, reliable and flexible.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with all team members, Turner & Townsend stakeholders, Board members and external partners/vendors.
  • Proactive self-starter with an ability to prioritize workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Good people skills with an ability to work as a team member.
