This position drives data-driven decision-making and strategic insights to improve business performance. Responsibilities include analyzing and visualizing complex data, managing data structures for contact center and HIS systems, creating BI dashboards, and ensuring data hygiene and security. The role also involves developing business strategies and performance reports, requiring strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of business processes and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare complex datasets from multiple sources for accurate reporting and analysis.
• Design and implement visualizations that highlight key data insights for rapid user comprehension.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze large data sets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track KPIs, providing executives with real-time business visibility.
• Design and manage BI solutions and data models, ensuring data accuracy, security, and support for strategic goals.
• Create impactful data visualizations and presentations, effectively communicating complex findings to leaders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote data-driven decision-making and continuous quality improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data or IT fields.
• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Senior Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• 2+ years’ experience in healthcare industry.
• Proficient in DAX and M language for data manipulation in Power BI.
• Skilled in SQL and querying languages for relational databases and data warehouses.
• Experienced with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView for visualization and reporting.
• Strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
• Preferably certified in Microsoft Power BI
