- Lead the architectural design and planning of complex projects from inception to completion.
- Provide expertise in developing architectural solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate architectural requirements with other departments such as engineering, construction, and finance.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Develop and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Stay updated on industry standards, trends, and best practices in architecture and design.
- Manage and mentor junior architecture staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, incorporating feedback into design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee construction progress and provide on-site support to ensure the successful implementation of architectural designs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Professional certification or licensure as an architect.
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
