Role Description: SR. Architect must be able to manage the project during all phases of the work. Experience with residential and hospitality interiors is essential.
Requirements
Strong creative thinker with the ability to lead the creative process and develop intelligent. thoughtful and considered design.
Good understanding of the construction process, working with Design team.
Ability to communicate design ideas visually and verbally within the studio and externally, have excellent English language skills both written and verbal.
Ability to provide alternative solutions to match with the site requirements.
Responsibilities
Prepare GFC drawing log for each project, prepare RFP logs (subcontractor) and RFP update trackers
Generate Look ahead from the engineering program
Response to the Site RFIs and forward to design team if required.
Do site coordination with main contractor and subcontractor
Review the shop drawing with all discipline and forward to DC to upload in INAXUS for final approval approved the shop drawing through INAXUS.
Review and approve the shop drawing for other engineers in the team.
