Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager, HR in the development and implementation of all HR initiatives and systems; being actively involved in preparing and monitoring documentation.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement programs and events (e.g., team-building activities, wellness initiatives, recognition programs).
  • Support internal communication strategies to promote transparency, inclusion, and employee participation
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews; identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and update engagement calendars, newsletters, and internal communication platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), culture, and recognition programs.
  • Assist in onboarding programs to ensure a welcoming and smooth experience for new hires.
  • Track metrics and generate reports on engagement KPIs, helping measure the success of various initiatives.
  • Maintain employee recognition platforms and organize monthly/quarterly rewards.
  • Support wellbeing and mental health programs through awareness campaigns and resource management.
  • Perform quality work as part of the ISO 9001 program.
  • Comply with all safety, housekeeping and environmental directives.
  • Ensure all property is maintained in a serviceable condition, routinely inventoried and safeguarded.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.
  • Support other members of Program HR in fulfilling their roles.
  • Perform other duties as required by their line manager and the Manager, Program HR.

Experience and Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of two to three years of experience in HR/personnel support, handling extensive HR issues is required.
  • Excellent organisational and strong interpersonal skills are an advantage

Skills:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritise and multi-task is preferred.
  • Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office software is preferred.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally is required
  • Have, or be able to obtain a valid UAE driver’s license.
